Improved insurance agent experience
In collaboration with Limit, we undertook a redesign of their platform and website with a primary goal of enhancing the core views of the platform to provide a more seamless experience for insurance agents.
One significant addition to the redesign was the inclusion of a comprehensive analytics view, allowing them to effectively track metrics and identify areas for improvement. This addition will further empower Limit to provide exceptional service to their clients.
Redesigning Limit's client overview screen for better daily use
We redesigned Limit's other key screens to create a more streamlined experience for insurance agents.
Some of them were key screens used daily such as the clients overview screen and the client's documents view.
Creating a design system for Limit to maintain UI integrity
To ensure consistency throughout the platform, all of our redesign work for Limit was componentized, creating a clear visual language that could be used in other flows.
We then documented the design system to give all stakeholders context and best practices for using these components. This allowed Limit to maintain the integrity of the UI as the platform evolved and new features were added.
Our design system included guidelines for typography, color, layout, and interaction design, as well as documentation on each component and its usage. This allowed all team members to have a shared understanding of the platform's design and development, resulting in a more cohesive and efficient workflow.
Refreshing Limit's website to showcase new design elements
We refreshed Limit's website to create a more cohesive and modern brand identity while highlighting the functionality and features of the new platform design. Using the design system we created, we ensured that the website's visual language was consistent with the platform.
This website refresh better communicated Limit's value proposition and made it easier for potential customers to understand the benefits of working with the company. Our design work helped to improve the user experience for insurance agents and strengthen Limit's brand identity.
