Supporting Deliverr’s growth and user experience through collaboration and development

We worked closely with Deliverr, right from the beginning of their funding stage until Shopify acquired them for 2 billion dollars. Throughout this period, we provided extensive support to their team for various growth-related activities, such as implementing referral campaigns, enabling faster tags, and helping sellers integrate Deliverr with their other vendors.

Moreover, we helped the product team with their core user flows. We supported them in managing inbound orders and inventories, and provided design guidance for app-wide initiatives like redesigning the navigation and creating a proof of concept for a home page/dashboard.

Lastly, we helped Deliverr's team develop custom internal warehousing tools, which included developing a mobile app. This app provided customers with better visibility into their shipments and orders, ultimately improving their experience with the platform.

Designing table views for Deliverr: enhancing user familiarity and experience

We created many of the layouts in table views, as sellers are accustomed to working with tables from their experience with spreadsheet-like tools like Excel.

We carefully considered which columns to display and what information to show, taking into account the user feedback we received and the user research we conducted.

Optimizing Deliverr’s notifications for seller efficiency and user experience

As part of our support for the Deliverr design team, we developed a concept design for notifications.

We took into consideration that sellers usually have several tools open, and we aimed to minimize the app's friction, so that they could concentrate on the most important actions they needed to take at any given moment.

Improving shipment accuracy in logistics through mobile inventory management

In the logistics industry, it's commonly understood that shipment accuracy is not always 100% accurate. To address some of these issues, we enabled our warehouses to periodically check their inventory and investigate any discrepancies using a mobile app.
